چکیده
Nano aluminum oxide was prepared by the combustion method using nitrate as oxidizer and urea a fuel. Characterization of synthesized materials performed SEM (scanning electron microscope), powder XRD (X-ray diffraction), FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), TEM (transmission microscope). Al-Mg/Al2O3 (2, 4, 6, 8 wt%) metal matrix nanocomposites were liquid metallurgy route-vertex technique. The homogeneous dispersion nano Al2O3 particles in (MMNCs) revealed from field emission analysis. reinforcement present analyzed through energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy method. properties (corrosion mechanical) fabricated composites evaluated. mechanical corrosion initially increased then decreased with addition Al-Mg Matrix. studies show that, presence 6 wt% improved other combinations material. Further, (6 MMNCs are joined friction stir welding evaluated for microstructural, mechanical, properties. may find applications marine field. response surface (RSM) used optimization tensile strength, Young’s modulus, microhardness material which resulted 95% statistical confidence level. Artificial neural network (ANN) analysis also carried out perfectly predicted these two ANN model is optimized to obtain 99.9% accurate predictions changing number neurons hidden layer.

متن کاملExperimental Investigations on Microstructural and Mechanical Behavior of Friction Stir Welded Aluminum Matrix Composite
The welding of materials by applying Friction Stir Welding technique is a new solid-state joining technique. The main advantage of this method compared to the traditional joining process is that it minimizes problem-related to metal resolidification as the method incorporates no melting phase. In this experimental work, the effect of friction stir welding (FSW) technique on the microstructu...
متن کاملFsw Of Polypropylene Reinforced With Al2o3 Nano Composites, Effect On Mechanical And Microstructural Properties
Friction stir welding is a solid state joining process first used for welding of Aluminum and its alloys, is now employed for welding of polymers and composite materials. Polypropylene (pp) is one of polymer materials used in many applications due to its good performance, high strength to weight ratio and excellent processing properties, its application is limited due to its weak abrasive prope...

Friction Stir Welding (FSW) has been applied to AA5754-H111 alloy. An in-depth analysis of the influence of the process parameters has been performed using Taguchi method. Through the optimization of the process parameters it has been observed what the best process conditions for the different mechanical properties. It was observed that for tensile properties the best that lower advancing speed...
